Final Track league Results


 The Prize Presentation for the Track League will now go
ahead on Wed 15th Sept at 7.00 prior to the training session
Wednesday Track Sessions

Road bike training will resume on Wednesdays starting the 7th Sept. 7:00pm.

For the first 3-4 weeks these will consist of a 10km youth session and a 20km senior session.

Family Rides
 Details

 

Sociable rides at a gentle pace, for families, (children accompanied by a fairly responsible adult!) or anyone who wishes to join us. You will need to bring suitable clothing (Wet weather gear etc), spare inner tubes/repair kit and a pump as required, food and drink for the duration.

Weekly programme
Monday: Ladies 19:00 to 20:00, road bikes 20:00 to 21:00 (winter), track bikes 20:00 to 21:00 (Summer)  "Spin the weekend acid out of the legs session" Aldersley Track
Wednesday:  Summer: Track league 19:00, winter Track training on road bikes 19:00. (please come to the Friday session for induction before attending the Wednesday if you have not been before.)
Thursday Ladies ride from The Piggot at Pattingham 19:00. Lights required.
Friday Youth session 18:30 to 20:00, Adult training session 20:00 to 21:30. Aldersley Track
Sunday Club Runs 09:30 at Hugh Porter Way, Aldersley Track (See forum/email for ride leaders)
