Mark Spruce is going to ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats to raise fund for Prostate Cancer UK
Inspired by personal circumstances, close friends and acquaintances that have been or are affected it, I have decided to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK by taking on the challenge to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats (LEJOG). A total of 980 miles, with over 52,500 ft of climbs in 9 days! It’s a challenge that daunts me – but is the experience of a lifetime.
